1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and uninstalled

  • The item is in original packaging

  • The item is in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

⚠️ Automotive parts that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used automotive parts

  • Electrical components

  • Special order or custom products

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Defective product

  • Wrong item ordered (if unused and eligible)

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchase.

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  1. Email: support@bisraus.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, it may be rejected.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will assist with replacement or refund.

8. RESTOCKING FEE

Bisra reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee for certain eligible returns.

9. LIABILITY NOTICE

Bisra is not responsible for:

  • Labor costs

  • Installation fees

  • Vehicle downtime

  • Consequential damages

Professional installation is recommended.
